Your crate should arrive looking something like this, with Bradleys branding and no signs of any exterior damage.
Check the shockwatch indicator is not red. If it is please photograph stages of unpacking to assess for damage. Thes indicators are used to inform us if crates have been manhandled or over turned.
Lay picture crate flat on the floor with the black circles facing upwards
Locate the fixing screws, indentified with a black circle around them and unscrew the top of the crate with a cross headed screw driver and remove the panel.
Remove front panel and take the painting out of the wooden case
Remove the items from the crate and unpack using a sharp knife or scissors. Be careful not to cut into the item as you only need to remove the tape on the export wrapping or cardboard.
We try to make sure that most of our packaging is recyclable. Listed below are the items that are widely recyclable and those which currently are not.
